Spring Cleaning

Spring speed and agility is officially under way, hope everyone enjoyed their break.. Now its time to crank up the work, and get even bigger faster and stronger. All older varsity players better be lifting with max intensity after school, same goes for spring sports athletes. Younger jv guys have been kickin ass with me in the weight room. The form and intensity has been greatly improved and continues to get even better. Lets keep it up!! I will be posting pics of our activities and also posting info about: running, lifting and nutrition. stay tuned
